Garden of Unearthly Delights – Event

The Garden of Unearthly Delights have submitted an application from for the use of Rundle Park/Kadlitpinna to enable the Garden of Unearthly Delights to take place between 16 February 2012 and 18 March 2012. The event set up is scheduled to start on Tuesday 2 February 2012 with pull down to be completed by Friday 30 March 2012

Garden of Unearthly Delights

Event location:    Rundle Park/Kadlitpinna
Event dates:       Thursday 16 February 2012 to Sunday 18 March 2012
Set up times:      Tuesday 2 February 2012 to Wednesday 15 February 2012
Pull down times: 19 March 2012 to 30 March 2012

The operating hours from Sunday through to Thursday will be 10:00am to 1:00am (the following day) and Friday and Saturday will be 10:00am to 3:00am (the following day). The venue will be licensed, with a capacity for 8,000 people at any one time.

The Garden of Unearthly Delights will contain a variety of venues, hosting a range of performances including comedy, theatre, music and cabaret. Catering outlets and bar areas will also operate in the event site which is fenced. Entry into the Garden of Unearthly Delights is free however performance venues are ticketed (prices vary).

Infrastructure includes circus tents, Spiegel tents, marquees, portable offices, containers and toilets, temporary fencing, amusement rides, outdoor furniture, signage and portable bar and catering infrastructure.
