Residential and Main Street Development Plan Amendment

COMMUNITY UPDATE

On 12 February Council endorsed the Draft Residential and Main Street Development Plan Amendment (DPA). Council has submitted it to the Minister for Planning for approval to commence Statutory Consultation.

The DPA remains under consideration by the Department of Planning Transport and Infrastructure and the Minister of Planning.

Following discussion between Council and the Minister, a draft DPA will be released for an 8 week public consultation period. This will likely commence in mid May 2013.
